Five Ways to Lower Your Stress

It’s an unfortunate truth, but stress is an inescapable part of life. We are constantly confronted by intense situations, always battling one worry after another. It’s so easy to get caught up our problems and crumble under pressure.

During stressful times, these are some things I do to keep myself calm. Hopefully they can help you as well.

Remind yourself you’re human. We all have the desire to work hard and find success, but sometimes we push ourselves too much. It’s important to know your constraints and limitations. Even though we may tell ourselves otherwise, we cannot work twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We’re human beings and that means we need a reprieveevery now and then. Don’t chastise yourself for wanting to relax.
